positive reflection

Positive reflection of me after joining Amal Academy is at the same time a difficult and easy thing to express. I always found myself in between things like between good and bad, between positivity and negativity, between success and failure etc. I always wished for someone who can take me to the positive sides where I was stuck. Amal academy proved to be the medium that is carrying me to the success/positive side.

I had heard about Amal Academy from one of my senior at university and I failed to join it quite dramatically in the first attempt. In the second attempt I got selected and started the course with positive energy and will of doing something this time. I am still a procrastinator and being a procrastinator is, I think a big hurdle in the way of success as I cannot go to extra mile.

Keeping things short I will share some positive changes in me after spending this much time at Amal Academy. I started taking parts in debates and discussions after so many years due to the self believe I got back from Amal Academy. Although I don’t speak in the sessions but it is not about the sessions, it’s about my social life where I am feeling positive. Making videos was another positive change in my life because I never made one in my life before joining Amal. I felt more confident after every video I made.

I want to share the lollipop moment of my life at Amal Academy which was the appreciation for being the “SUPER AMAZING BATCH FELLOW”. I would have performed better but I am happy that at least I achieved something worth mentioning.

I am struggling a lot to be on the positive sides in my life. Some harsh incidents from past and being too much nostalgic and introvert stop me from bringing positive change in me and here at Amal I am trying me best to get rid of those negative things.

I seldomly thanked people in my life because I was of the idea that people don’t help others to get thanked and praised, rather they help for the sake of God as I always tried to help others just for the pleasure of God, when possible. But here at Amal I understood the importance of gratitude and started gratitude in my life.

In the end, I want to thank whole Amal Academy specially madam Namra and madam Areej for the time, efforts and love. And I am also thankful to Khadim Hossein, Ali Naqi, Uswah Chaudry and Zainab Tariq for their support and time, who helped me a lot in my PWs.
