Christmas break is almost over! Now what?

I had an amazing holiday break. Spending quality time with the hubs and kids is everything. And I bought a new guitar. I’m calling her The Ravyn. I’ve been strumming on a beginner acoustic guitar long enough.

While I ate cookies and baked turkey, sipped red wine and wrapped presents, I thought about my 2018 resolutions, or goals and projects, and how to get and stay healthier.

Any of that sound familiar?
