UNLOCKING OUR BRAINS FOR SCIENCE AND NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS

Humor is what helps me deal or process with my condition. I agree it’s really not funny at all but the sad truth is, there is no cure. Since there is no cure (YET), my intentions are to add information out in the wild wild cyberland and add a smidge of humor to help ease the anxiety of dealing with our certain fate of the disease. So here goes, I am going to add a list of symptoms I have experienced and they could be past or present but since I see so many questions related to so many different symptoms, I thought this would be a good checklist. Please remember, this does NOT diagnose anyone with RBD or LBD, only a highly trained Neurologist can do that and only a highly trained Neurologist who specializes in either sleep neurology or dementia related neurology. Other Neuro’s will tell you your crazy. (been there, done that). So now that I put in my only disclaimer as a non-medical person suffering from RBD, on to the array of symptoms….

So as you can see the list goes on and I have an excellent support group of doctors and friends who help keep me aimed forward. Giving up is the same as calling the game in the 7th inning, we can come back. This is an open discussion, so if you have other symptoms to share, please respond and add to the list and I look forward to keeping the lists up to date, until then, get some rest, you’ll feel better tomorrow.
