Staying Healthy Begins From The Day You Born

You don’t bother about Health and It doesn’t bother about your Life

Staying Healthy is the top most priority of all living being in this Planet it can be a Dog or it can be human Like us, It is Equal to all of us. Most of the people underestimate being healthy and those people fall into the age from 15 to 25 and you may think Why not 25 to 60??

If I’m right!! then the answer is they will realize once they cross 25 years, They Start noticing the Negative changes in their body, I mean the Health issues that they are going to face

I’m not here fill you with health advice but I want to tell some of my own Experience and How you can Utilize and avoid the Severe problem which I faced earlier in my life

Usually When someone talks about we suddenly think about going to gym or eating Green vegetables and following the good routine entire life, and After these thoughts pop-up in our mind We think this is Hard Journey and we are human who like to do things for immediate pleasure most of the time and That makes us to ignore and That is what made at-least

Let me Tell you a Story

Do you know who comes late to the College/office all the time?? The one who is near by the College/Office and One who is far comes before the one guy who is near by to it

This happens because, The one who is near by takes everything for granted and the one who is far has know what it takes to reach on time and so he comes sooner, Like that people who has good health will take their health as granted and the one who is suffering will take care themself more than anyone

First of all some people in our life will advice that to stay healthy we need to stop eating junk foods but the truth is to have good health we need to eat healthy foods not Stopping what we like to eat

What I Mean by great eater and I want to inform you that, I’m one great eater and the meaning is If your good you eat a lot and If your great you eat a lot ( It’s not spelling error )

Good eater will eat One food type in large quantity and great one Eat Less with larger quantity, I Mean eating one food so much and eating so many foods in less quantity is what I applied

Instead of eating 10 Pizza, We can eat 10 different food types and each of them with less quantity in those 10 Types of food you can add 50% Healthy foods Which can bring big changes in your life style

Eating some healthy food is better than not eating any health related food

You don’t have to lift 100Kg Dumbbell to show your Fitness level, You just need to bring some sweat out from your body, Just by Walking for 20 Minutes you can get sweat

by this Simple Action you can Increase Energy and and by following this 20 Minutes walk I got Good sleeping routine too, Best Time for walking is after eating dinner and Another best Time is Morning, and Feel free to choose your own time but Try to be Consistence that matter a lot

Again I’m mentioning another underrated thing, If I ask my past self, If he want sleep or working He’ll be choosing 2nd One but Now I’ll Choose first one

The More you sleep the better your Body and System works and also it cleared me mentally and relaxed my muscle and I Call it as a form of meditation

If Your Going to sleep then why worry about the bad things and Upcoming things you just increase your anxiety that it

So from next time when you Sleep, try to forget everything till you wake up, however your thinking won’t change any thing, Trust me Friends When I Tried this in a Week many things changed mentally and that also Reflected to my circle they also noticed my New Energy on you start feeling same way you won’t stop it

If you follow my suggestion you’ll ruin your health, I mean it, not only you physical health but also your mental health matter no matter what that is important than anything so Instead of following personal experience just try to implement it in way where you don’t even notice and still can stay healthy

By Doing those things in very minimal way you try to follow it every day and guess what consistency is the King and If you stay constant with your action automatically you become healthy in no Time and also can manage easily with your eating and your lifestyle habits too

As I Mention earlier Health is not valued till sickness comes, Please don’t wait to prove this sentence take health as serious business and health is priority which decided before our birth and carrying that responsibility is Every living Things duty

I Just Want to tell that Health is the wealth, asset and all the luxury is beneath health and Never ever Underestimate and don’t try to ruin it but if you already ruined, that’s why I Shared this with you guys
