Reciprocating water

Lost of energy and motivation.. You feel like that because you give your energy away to people who won’t reciprocate it back. You’re the empty glass since you constantly pour yourself into those who only overflow with your love and everything you got. Now, you are empty, not a half glass full, not even a drop. The trick within building a friendship and any sort of relationship with someone is if two are constantly pouring into one another, creating a balance of love. You cannot constantly give yourself away to those who will only drink of your water because of their thirst and leave you once you’re empty. You need to go for those who pour into you like a seed and influence you to grow and build into the person you will be. Water is an everyday need, without it we will die. You’re the water that gives to those yet who gives to you? Don’t forget you’re important just because others drink a little too much of you, don’t lose yourself in the thought of being empty, remind yourself you’re part of someone’s everyday needs, don’t settle for a glass half empty, settle for a glass half full.
